We have a small team that works hard to support your child and your school.

Phil Priestley

Began Inclusive Development after 17 years of service as a police officer that lead him to working inside schools with young people.

Phil has authored two books on the topic of child criminal exploitation and the phenomenon of County Lines. He has also authored a further title to help children to transition from primary to secondary education.

Phil is a trustee of the i3Hub - a charity formed to support children and families in Cambridge.

Phil is currently studying an MSc in child and adolescent mental health at Edinburgh University and works one-to-one with students in schools.

Fiona Priestley

Operations and Logistics Support

Fiona has a BSc in Psychology from the University of York and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDip Law) from the University of Law. She is a SEND parent and is experienced in writing EHCP applications and appeals.

Fiona supports the organisation with accountancy liaison, wages and account management including invoices.

Beth Ouzman

Beth joined the company in 2021 with a huge history of working in pastoral support in secondary education.

Beth is known for her calm demeanour and nurturing and compassionate personal warmth.

She has worked in schools across Cambridge, East Cambs, South Cambs, Huntingdonshire and North Essex at both primary and secondary school levels.

Jonathan Priestley

Jonathan is a gifted undergraduate studying a degree in Mathematics at the University of Southampton.

Jonathan supports the organisation with all of our ICT requirements helping us to make the most of all the opportunities the digital environment can offer.

Jonathan is exceptional with online tools and promotes our understanding of social media - specifically in the spaces that are occupied by children and young people.
